When selling a Bulgarian property you will need to be aware of the sales fee involved.

Property Sales Bulgaria will not receive our sales fee from you , we receive our sales fee from the Russian Buyer.

We receive a sales fee of approx 5% of the purchase price of your property. If for example they pay you €50,000 we will receive €2,500.

In every sale we will always inform you before you accept the offer of the total amount of money that the Buyer is spending and the total commission we will receive from the sale.
